Hi, we just received an order of your wild alaskan king salmon. This is absolutely the best fish I've ever tasted. When the order was delivered, my wife and I opened the package and ate 1 full pound of the fish as raw sashimi. In the past, I have ordered the Halibut for Christmas gifts and I think I'll start ordering an extra for my wife and I this year. Great job.

As a lifelong Alaskan who grew up on a salmon fishing boat where the emphasis was on wild and fresh, I want to let you know that I enjoy your amazing salmon burgers more than anyother I have ever tried. They are so delicious, quick and easy to cook that I have begun buying them to give as gifts to my friends as I believe that this is the best and I don't think you can improve on perfection!
You have really put together an excellent quality seafood processing facility and brokerage. Your attention to detail, quality and customer satisfaction completely impress me. You have absolutely won me over and I thank you for all you do to improve the reputation of our wild Alaskan ocean bounty. After researching your website I am planning on purchasing your secret brine mix to perfect my next salmon smoking session! Thank you again!

My wife and I drove to VT to vacation with my parents here. Your shipment arrived yesterday afternoon, and I am very impressed with the quality of your Copper River salmon. We've ordered other fish for my brothers in the past as gifts and have never treated ourselves. Now that I see just how amazing your product is we'll be sure to order some as soon as we return home.

I just wanted to let you guys know that we received our order right on time...everything was still frozen, it all looked great! I actually thawed out two cuts of the Yukon King and the smoked cut that you guys let me try out...and I have to say, it was the best salmon I've ever had! Very fresh!

The smoked cut was superior! I am definitely ordering more of that. No doubt, it was the best smoked salmon I've had. It had an amazing taste!

The Yukon King I cooked on the grill on cedar planks! Of course that only enhanced the already great flavor of the fish.

I just wanted to take a moment and thank you for the smoked cut, and thanks for such prompt delivery and wonderful tasting Salmon! I'll definitely be a repeat customer! Be looking for an order right around Christmas!

Dear Ed's, Thanks for offering h/g sockeye. I prefer to fillet the fish myself and save. There's not much I leave that goes to waste after scraping the bones. I grew up catching salmon and trout and I know what quality fish is. Your sockeye are the epitome of top quality. They have unmistakable fresh firmness, texture, and taste. As promised, I am writing to tell you about your product. It tastes unlike any salmon I have had in my life. The flavor was delicious and the texture was more life a steak than the farm raised salmon I am used to. Even the 5-8 bones in each fish is not a concern to me. I also wish to tell you that I have informed everyone at the hospital I work with about it and they wish to split the next order with me, but I told them they can split it with someone else as I will finish this 10 pound order and then order another one for myself. Got my filets, boy are they gorgeous!! Also I appreciate the extra
dividend of the smoked salmon. I was curious how yours would taste, but didn't want
to order it and not like it! Not sure how your Fed Ex pricing structure works, but if they charge you extra for signatures - throw the book at 'em! I happened to take a late
lunch today. The Fed Ex person knocked on the door and left the box - didn't
wait to see if I was home or for a signature - even more interesting since you
wrote on the box to leave it at the office and their stickers said to
leave it at the office...Technology only works so far!

Hi Jim,
I received the 10 lbs. of sockeye that you sent yesterday. The fish was
expertly packaged and arrived completely frozen. The gel pack had not even
begun to thaw! I had one of the fillets for dinner and it was excellent! I
had forgotten how good fresh salmon tastes! I am looking forward to trying
some halibut in a couple of weeks and some king salmon in June. You've got

Are you open all year and will salmon be available all year or will the market shut down for a period of time? If so when will there be no salmon or halibut available?

We received our 10 lbs. plus 1 on Tuesday and just had our first King Salmon fillet tonight. The first thing I noticed was how clean it smelled. No fish odor at all. The last thing I noticed was how full I was from pigging out on this great treat. I'll be back

Well just as a follow up to Sandy and all you good people up there, Inuit (the actual arrival of the Salmon became such an event that by the time he had turned I had familiarized him) served us truly magnificently. Gutted then stuffed with leeks, garlic, fresh dill, thyme and lemon sliced, he was sown up again wrapped carefully in foil and placed in the dishwasher (without detergent, naturally). Two cycles later on the pots and pans wash he was perfect. All that heat and steam. Perfect. Allowed to cool I then skinned him, laid thinly sliced English cucumber all across him and glazed him with gelatin but not before slices of orange formed a collar and decorated his flank. Along with a thick dill sauce and 6 lbs of spiced shrimp he was absolutely delicious. So with some leftovers in the fridge and snowballs in the freezer. A Christmas to remember.

I just have to say……I was very, very pleased with the salmon you shipped. I live in Kansas, and it’s very hard to get ocean fresh fish here. I was most impressed by the care that was taken to pack and ship the filets. In this day and age, most vendors try to “get it there with minimal cost”. You guys actually packed it in a cooler with ice packs, taped it, vacuum sealed each package, and put a ‘how to guide’ with it, etc. When it got here, it was still frozen. When I thawed and cooked it, it was the best salmon I ever had….and I am the critic’s critic!! Thank you so much!! I will be ordering from you again.

We can't get salmon like this in Boston. The Sockeye rocks. I would pay as much for Atlantic salmon out here, which is tasty but not even remotely comparable to the Alaskan wild. Sometimes they inject it with who knows what to make it more pink. That should be illegal. We get the quality Striped Bass though on Cape Cod so it all evens out. Tight lines.

I am so impressed! My order was placed yesterday and received today. That's not all! Every item remained in its original frozen state during shipping and packaging was impeccable. I'm from Texas and most of the restaurants here serve farm-raised salmon to unsuspecting customers - fish harvested from cages in places like Chile. Those of us who know salmon, know the difference between fish that were fed "rapid-growth" pellets and those caught running wild in icy waters. Okay, my mouth is watering and the grill is hot so this will be short. Thanks for the excellent customer service and the added bonus of reading material (newspaper packing). It'll be fun reading about things in your neck-of-the-woods while enjoying my meal.

Thank you for resending a new order of salmon and halibut to me. It was disappointing that FedEx did not deliver it on time, as the fish though warm was beautiful as usual. Of note, this was certainly not your fault. However, I did appreciate your helping me to rectify the problem.
The second batch of fish arrived on time and was completely frozen. In addition, it is beautiful, and my family will certainly enjoy it over the upcoming winter.
You are an outstanding company, and I certainly do not "shop around", when it pertains to purchasing either salmon or halibut. Hopefully, I will be able to again deliver some of my own salmon for processing by your company next fall. However, the fish that you provided for me this year is as close as I can get to catching it myself.

My son sent me a gift package of Halibut and Salmon from you. I was, to put it mildly, overwhelmed…but that is not why I’m writing. I wanted you to know that the fish arrived perfectly. The selections are beyond belief and will be relished in the weeks to come. What I also really appreciated was the “recipes” that were included. I tried the “simplest” Halibut recipe and it was absolutely delicious.
