In December, we had a couple orders that were Fedex-ed to Colorado and arrived the exact same day as their first big blizzard. Fedex left the parcels in an apparently heated warehouse for 5-6 days and the fish and crab were obviously ruined.

I talked with your company's owner, Jim, who took care of everything and re-sent the orders at no charge to us. This was unexpected and very much appreciated. We will always use Kasilof's for our seafood orders. We knew that before all this occurred, because your company has the best quality and value we can find. But the way you conduct business reaffirmed our good opinion of your company, so it was time to write. We just wanted to let you know this because we sure enjoy your seafood and so do our friends and relatives in Colorado.
